宁波FDI技术溢出效应的实证分析

A Positive Study of the Technology Spillover Effect on Foreign Direct Investment in Ningbo

FDI的技术溢出效应引起了理论界广泛关注,但现有研究认为FDI对不同地区的作用不一定相同。文章以宁波为例,根据柯布-道格拉斯生产函数建立衡量技术溢出效应的数学模型,利用宁波市相关数据,对其FDI技术溢出效应进行了实证分析。研究结果表明:宁波外商直接投资对本地经济产生了负面技术外溢效应,其原因在于宁波企业主要以劳动密集型为主,技术水平较低,与跨国公司差距大,自身技术吸收能力低。为此,文章从调整引资结构、促进内外资企业联动发展等方面提出了提升宁波FDI技术溢出效应的若干建议。

The technology spillover effect of FDI on those host areas has gained much attention. But researches have shown that FDI has different effects in different regions. This paper , combining with the data of using foreign capital in Ningbo, analyzed the ways of FDI technology spillover effect. According to the Cobb-Douglas production function, this paper established the mathematical model to measure the effect of technology spillover. The empirical study showed that the FDI in local economy had a negative technical spillovers effect. This paper gave the reasons from the way of FDI technology spillover. The enterprises in Ningbo are mainly labor-intensive with low levels of technology. Based on the analysis of the above influencing factors, this paper has brought some suggestions to promote the spillover effect of FDI in Ningbo.
