摘要
氧化铜铁矿石属难选矿石。本文系统考查了石头咀矿的矿石工艺矿物学性质。指出孔雀石与褐铁矿之间十分复杂的连生关系是影响铜回收效果的重要因素。并进一步查明结合铜在褐铁矿中的存在状态:在富铜的胶状褐铁矿中存在;孔雀石充填于早期形成的褐铁矿蜂窝状、海绵状孔隙中;少量的硫化铜矿物包裹体星散分布于褐铁矿中。
Copper-iron oxide ores are classified as refractory ores. In this paper, systematic investigation is made for the process mineralogical properties of the ore from Shitouzui Mine. It is indicated that the complex interlocking relation between malachite and limonite is an important factor influencing copper recovery. The occurence of the bound copper in limonite is further examined and confirmed: Copper exists in a copper-rich colloidal limonite; malachite is stowed in the honeycomed and spongiform pores of the early formed limonite; a small amount of copper sulphide enclosures are starrily distributed over limonite.
