穴位埋线治疗纤维肌痛综合征疗效对照观察

Clinical Effect of Observation of Acupoint Catgut Embedding on Fibromyalgia Syndrome

目的:评价穴位埋线治疗纤维肌痛综合征(FMS)的临床疗效。方法:60例FMS患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组采用氟西汀治疗,观察组采用穴位埋线治疗,观察患者疼痛点个数变化,并应用疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)及纤维肌痛影响调查表(FIQ)评价临床疗效。结果:治疗30 d后观察组有效率86.7%,对照组有效率53.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后患者痛点个数、疼痛程度VAS值及FIQ总分均较治疗前有改善(P<0.05),观察组改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线能够改善FMS患者临床症状,提高工作能力且无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Object： To evaluate the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding on Fibromyalgia Syndrome （FMS）. Methods ：60 cases with FMS were randomly assigned to the control group（ n = 30） and the observation group（ n = 30）. The control group received Fluoxetine treatment, acupoint catgut embedding was used in the patients of the observation group. Clinical effect was evaluated respectively by counting the number of pain-point, Visual Analogue Scale （VAS）, Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire （ FIQ ）. Results： After 30 days ＇ treatment, the total effective rate （ 86.7% ） with experimental group was better than that （53.3%）in control group（P 〈0.05）. The number of pain-point , VAS and FIQ were decreased in both groups（ P 〈 0.05 ） , while, the observation group were significantly super to the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Acupoint catgut embedding is supposed to improve the clinical effect without side effects, so it is worthy of clinical application.
