摘要
数据采集与监控软件中由于异种数据源采集方式和数据结构上的差异,以及数据交互模式的多样(如轮询模式、事件触发模式等)和数据转换规则的频繁变更,数据的集成和管理变得十分复杂,通过分析数据源的特征,采用数据引擎对数据源进行采集和封装,使应用程序能够以统一、高效的方式进行访问。同时,引入引擎容器的概念,为多种可视化控件智能的管理数据引擎的调用。最后提出基于数据引擎的通用数据采集与监控软件架构,并将其应用于伺服压力机上位机软件之中,与传统开发方式相比,该系统的柔性和可扩展性有了大幅提高。
Due to the differences in the way of heterogeneous data collection and data structure in the data acquisition and supervisory control software,as well as the diversity pattern in data interaction and the frequently data change rules,data integrating and managing process have become very complicated.By analyzing the characteristics of the data sources,the data engine has been adopted to collect and seal the data source,which enables the application program can be accessed in a united and high-efficient way.Meanwhile,the engine container has been introduced to intelligently manage the access of data engine for multiple kinds of visual software.Finally,the generic data acquisition and supervisory control software framework based on data engine has been put forward,which has already been applied to PC software for servo press.Comparing with conventional developing mode,the flexibility and extensibility have been greatly improved.
