The modern vocational and training system charac- terized by TAFE has perfect management and practical spirit, which is a training quality assurance system under the guidance of the national development strategy and framework. Characteristics such as openness, industry oriented principle, ability based course design and high standard of teachers＇ qualification are all significant to construction of Chinese vocational educational system.
