摘要
澳大利亚职业教育兴起于二战之后,其发展适应社会经济形势,以能力为本位,管理上臻于完善,理性务实,形成了以TAFE学院为显著特色的现代职业教育和培训体系,其前提是在国家发展策略和框架体系引导下的一种培训质量保证体系。澳大利亚职业教育体系的充分开放性,以及以行业为主导,注重"能力本位"课程开发、教师资质的高标准等特点对国内当前构建现代职业教育体系具有积极的现实意义和借鉴价值。
Australian vocational education which is ability oriented rose after the Second World War and suited itself well with the social and economic situation. The modern vocational and training system charac- terized by TAFE has perfect management and practical spirit, which is a training quality assurance system under the guidance of the national development strategy and framework. Characteristics such as openness, industry oriented principle, ability based course design and high standard of teachers' qualification are all significant to construction of Chinese vocational educational system.
