鲍叔鼎《医方约说》初探

Brief Study on Bao Shuding's Yi Fang Yue Shuo( 《医方约说》)

《医方约说》为明·鲍叔鼎编撰,现孤本存于上海中医药大学。文章通过对《医方约说》文献整理研究,考证作者学术渊源和《医方约说》版本状况,认为《医方约说》集张仲景、李东垣、刘完素、朱丹溪"四子"之说,每论能勾摘各家之长,而以丹溪为宗,每篇总论之后多列主方,后随脉证加减用药,次列附方,使读者便于据证检方用药。通过本书的整理研究,认为本书为丹溪学派著作,宣扬丹溪学派学术观点,列方效验便廉,达到为初学者引径入门,为病家据证用药的目的。

Yi Fang Yue Shuo（《医方约说》）was compiled by Bao Shuding in the Ming Dynasty and its only existing copy is stored in Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.By reviewing and re-searching the literatures and investigating the author′s academic origin and the versions of this book,it was viewed that Yi Fang Yue Shuo （《医方约说》）collected the theories of Zhang Zhongjing,Li Dongyuan,Liu Wansu and Zhu Danxi.Each theory illustrated the unique characteristics of each master,but Zhu Danxi′s the-ory was the most fundamental.The main medical formulas were listed at the end of the general conclusion of each chapter,followed by the modified medicines according to the pulse condition and symptoms,as well as the accessory formulas so as to enable the readers to pick up the formulas and proof the efficacy accordingly. It was believed by the study on this book that this book is the work of Danxi′s academic school,advocates the academic ideas of Danxi′s school,lists the effective and inexpensive formulas,guides the beginners in practice and provides the evidences for the patients on the selection of medicines.
