电针、穴位注射结合西药治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折临床疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy Observation in the Treatment of Thoracolumbar Compression Fracture with Electroacupuncture,Hydro-Acupuncture and Western Medicine

目的比较电针、穴位注射结合西药治疗与单纯西药治疗老年性骨质疏松所致胸腰椎压缩性骨折的疗效差异。方法将符合诊断的86例胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者随机分为观察组43例和对照组43例。对照组予口服钙尔奇D片,并静滴骨肽注射液20 mL;观察组在上述治疗的基础上加用电针相应的夹脊穴,并穴位注射当归针及复方丹参针。两组均治疗20 d后,观察并评价临床症状的改善情况。结果对照组:治愈8例,好转26例,未愈9例,总有效率79.1%;观察组:治愈14例,好转27例,未愈2例,总有效率95.3%。结论电针、穴位注射结合西药治疗老年性骨质疏松所致胸腰椎压缩性骨折疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗(P<0.05)。

Objective To compare the efficacy difference in the treatment of thoracolumbar com-pression fracture induced by senile osteoporosis between the combined therapy of electroacupuncture,hydro-acupuncture and western medicine and simple western medicine.Methods Eighty-six cases of thoracolum-bar compression fracture were randomized into an observation group（43 cases）and a control group（43 cases）. In the control group,Caltrate D Tablets for oral administration and intravenous infusion of Ossotide Injection were applied.In the observation group,on the basis of treatment as the control group,electroacupuncture was added at corresponding Jiaji（EX-B2）and hydro-acupuncture was applied with Dangui Injection and Com-pound Danshen Injection.In 20 days of treatment,the improvements in clinical symptoms were observed and e-valuated in the two groups.Results In the control group,8 cases were cured,26 cases improved,9 cases failed and the total effective rate was 79.1%.In the observation group,1 4 cases were cured,27 cases improved,2 ca-ses failed and the total effective rate was 95.3%.Conclusion The combined therapy of electroacupuncture, hydro-acupuncture and western medicine achieves the remarkable superior efficacy on thoracolumbar compres-sion fracture induced by senile osteoporosis as compared with simple western medicine （P〈0.05）.
