苏子降气汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Suzi Jiangqi Decoction in the Treatment of Acute Attack of Bronchial Asthma

目的观察苏子降气汤治疗支气管哮喘(上实下虚喘咳证)的临床疗效。方法将120例临床确诊为支气管哮喘(上实下虚喘咳证)患者,按就诊顺序随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予西药物氨茶碱注射液、盐酸沙美特罗替卡粉吸雾剂、盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗,治疗组给予上述西医治疗基础上加服中药苏子降气汤,每日1剂,分2次服,治疗疗程14 d。两组患者在治疗前及14 d后进行症状积分、肺功能改善、病情缓解程度、血常规等方面进行评价,并观察不良反应。结果两组患者在经过治疗后均症状改善,但治疗组症状改善更为明显(P<0.05)治疗组患者肺功能改善更为明显(P<0.05)。结论苏子降气汤治疗支气管哮喘急性发作期(上实下虚喘咳证)疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on bronchial asthma（cough differentiated as the excess in the upper and the deficiency in the lower）treated with Suzi Jiangqi Decoction.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of bronchial asthma（cough differentiated as the excess in the upper and the defi-ciency in the lower）with definite clinical diagnosis were randomized into a control group and a treatment group according to visit sequence.In the control group,Aminophylline Injection,Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Hydrochloride Aerosol and Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injection were used.In the treat-ment group,on the basic treatment as the control group,Suzi Jiangqi Decoction was supplemented for oral ad-ministration,one dose a day,twice a day.The duration of treatment was 1 4 days.The symptoms score,lung function improvement,sickness relieving and blood routine were assessed before and 1 4 days after treatment in the two groups.The adverse reactions were observed.Results The symptoms were relieved after treatment in the two groups and the results in the treatment group were much better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The lung function was improved much obviously in the patients of the treatment group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Suzi Jiangqi Decoction achieves the significant efficacy on bronchial asthma（cough differentia-ted as the excess in the upper and the deficiency in the lower）at the acute stage.
