摘要
本文从高年级学生个体的主观性、主导性和主动性的视角出发,研究宿舍学长制对高年级本科生培养质量的内在提升作用,旨在通过改进高年级学生教育服务方式,探讨宿舍学长制对高年级学生的德育教育意义。
This article considers college upperclassmen's subjectivity, leadership and initiative as individuals and discusses how undergraduates's cultivation can be internally promoted through the Student Mentoring Scheme carried out in college dormitory management. It aims to improve the education and service provided for upperclassmen and explore the moral effects of student mentoring scheme on upperclassmen.
