高校研究生党组织生活现状与对策——以安徽师范大学为例

Regular Activities of Party Members among Postgraduate Students:Current Situation and Counterplans

本研究通过问卷调查和个案访谈相结合的方式,发现高校研究生组织生活的现状基本良好,但也存在一些突出问题,提出通过发挥党员主体地位、创新形式、丰富内容、盘活党组织资源的存量、健全党内组织生活制度等对策,进而提升研究生党组织生活的有效性,推动研究生党建工作的科学化水平。

Questionnaire surveys and individual interviews reveal that while basically the situation is good,prominent problems exist.To improve the effect of regular activities of Party Members＇among postgraduate students and boost the scientific level of Party construction among postgraduates,we must give full play to Party members＇dominant role,create new forms,enrich the content,tap the i-dle resources and perfect the institution.
