摘要
"高效课堂"对语文教师专业化的要求越来越高。中学语文教师如果能把握好三层关系,即角色互通——行走在教书与读书之间、老师和教材——谁是主人谁是仆人、教育研究——是建构理论还是解决问题,不断提升个人的专业化水平,高效语文课堂的实现或许可以更容易些。
"Highly effective classroom" sets increasingly higher demands on professionalization of teacher of Chinese. The teachers of Chinese should be well prepared to deal with three relations: interworking be- tween teaching and reading; teacher and textbook and educational research and construction of theory or problem solving. Constant improvement of one's professionalization will make it easier to realize highly ef- fective classroom.
