研究生辅导员的心理素质及其培养途径

A Tentative Study on Psychological Quality and Cultivation of Counselors of Postgraduate Students

研究生辅导员承担着研究生日常教育与管理、思想政治教育、心理咨询和生活辅导等一系列与研究生成长成才息息相关的工作,其心理素质的好坏决定着,研究生辅导员的工作成效。研究生辅导员良好的心理素质包括良好的认知能力、优秀的个性品质以及良好的适应能力等三个方面,其影响因素包括职业的特殊性及日益提高的社会要求和竞争压力、认同程度低及激励制度不合理以及辅导员主观原因等三个方面,可以从外部支持以及自我调节等两个方面进行构建。

Counselors of postgraduate students take on the work related to daily education and management, political and ideological education, psychological counseling and daily life guidance. Their psychological quality determines their work efficiency. The good psychological qualities of counselors of postgraduate students involve three aspects, such as good cognitive ability, excellent personality and good adaptative skills. The affecting factors include the particularity of the work, high social demand and increasing com- petition pressure, low level of identification, unreasonable incentive mechanism and the subjective reason of the counselors. Therefore, psychological qualities of counselors can be cultivated through outward sup- port and inward adaptation.
