摘要 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（0SAS）是指睡眠状态下上气道软组织、肌肉的可塌陷性增加，引起的反复呼吸暂停和通气不足，使机体发生一系列病理、生理改变的临床综合征。OSAS患者多有肥胖、颈短、软腭增长和舌体肥大等现象，造成气管插管和术后气道管理困难，
