公共财政框架下产业结构调整优化对策研究——以宁夏为例

Study on the Countermeasures of the Optimization of the Industrial Structure in the Frame of Public Finance ——Taking Ningxia as an Example

随着产业结构和经济持续发展矛盾的不断加剧,如何突破产业结构"短板"制约、促进经济发展方式转变成为宁夏面临的一个紧迫而艰巨的重大任务。通过对产业结构变化情况分析,研究产业结构存在的问题,探讨宁夏产业结构优化的思路及方向,提出公共财政框架下促进宁夏产业结构优化的政策建议。

With the escalating conflict between the industrial structure and the sustainable development of economy, how to break through the ＂ short board＂ of industrial structure and promote the transfer of economic development mode, has be- come a major and arduous task in Ningxia. Based on analyzing the changes in the existing industrial structure, the paper re- searches on the problem and discusses the ideas and direction of optimization of industrial stucture in Ningxia, puts forward some policy suggestions in the frame of public finance to promote the optimization of industrial structure in Ningxia.
