摘要
专利是高校技术能力的客观反映。从专利数量、专利质量以及专利效率三个维度定量分析我国高校专利竞争能力,以期通过研究,加深对高校专利竞争力的认识,改善我国高校专利工作,提高我国高校专利竞争力。
Patent is an objective reflection of university＇ s innovation. The paper will use the method of quantitative analysis to analyze Chines universities＇ patent competitive capacity based on the number of patents, patent quality and patent effi- ciency. Through the study, we hope we can get a better understanding of our universities＇ patent competitiveness and im- prove the work to enhance the universities＇ patent competitiveness.
