Empirical Research on Patent Strategy in Aviation Standard Parts Industry via Patent Analysis

采用专利分析法对国内外航空标准件制造业专利信息进行深入研究,理清国内外航空标准件专利技术优势与差距,提出发展我国航空标准件制造业的专利战略和企业应对措施,为政府、企业等相关部门决策提供政策依据和理论参考。同时,将相关研究成果应用于指导航空标准件企业技术创新过程中,相关企业突出的经济效益证实了该专利战略的应用价值和推广价值。

The paper deeply studied patent information in domestic and international aviation standard parts industry via patent analysis, sorted out the advantages and gaps between domestic and international patent technologies of aviation standard parts, proposed patent strategies and corresponding measures to develop China~ aviation standard parts manufac- turing, provided theoretical references for the decisions of the government, enterprises and other related departments, and applied the relevant research to guide the aviation standard parts enterprise＇ s technological innovation process. The high- light economic benefits of the company confirmed the application value and promotion value of the patent strategies.
