摘要
利用响应面分析法优化金蝉花多糖的提取工艺。以金蝉花多糖得率为指标,采用单因素和响应面法对料液比、提取温度、提取时间、提取次数进行考察,优选出最佳提取工艺为:料液比1∶23(g:mL),提取温度88℃,提取时间97 min,提取2次,实际测得金蝉花多糖得率为6.787%,与模型预测值基本相符。该模型可很好地预测金蝉花多糖的得率,响应面分析法对金蝉花多糖提取条件优化合理可行。
The objective of this study was to optimize the extraction process of polysaceharides from Cordyceps cicadae by response surface methodology (RSM). Extraction temperature, extraction duration, solid-liquid ratio and times of extraction were investigated by single factor tests and RSM using the yield of polysaccharides from C. c/cadae as index. The optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharides were optimized as follows : extraction temperature of 88 ℃, solid-liquid ratio of 1:23, extraction duration of 97min and with two times of extraction. Under the optimized condition, the yield of polysaccliarides was determined to be 6. 787% ,which was in line with predicted value. Hence,it was concluded that the model well predicted the yield of polysaccharides from C. cicadae, and RSM was applicable and feasible for the optimization of the extraction process of polysaccharides from C. cicadae.
