摘要
自2010年以来VOCs污染引起高度重视,成为区域性大气污染重点难点问题。本文在借鉴国际先进经验基础上,从控制工业源挥发性有机物角度,提出完善科技,落实政策,探索第三治理模式等对策和方案。
Since 2010, VOCs pollution has become the emphases and difficulties of regional air pollution problem, On the basis of the advanced experience of the international, the paper suggests a series of effective counter measures and advanced solutions.
