淮猪新品系猪中FRZB基因与生长性状相关位点分析 被引量:3

Gene loci of FRZB Related to Growth Trait in New-line Huai Pig Population

摘要 FRZB基因通过抑制Wnt信号途径调控细胞生长,可作为猪生长性状相关的候选基因。本研究采用直接测序法检测淮猪新品系四世代群体FRZB基因5′-UTR中SNPs基因型分布,并分析基因型与生长性状的相关性。结果表明:2个SNPs位点与生长性状显著相关;其中G-430A位点AA基因型个体达30 kg和90 kg体重日龄显著高于GA和GG型(P<0.05),而GA和GG型间差异均不显著(P>0.05)。C-416T位点CC型个体达90 kg体重日龄显著低于TT型(P<0.05),但CC、CT和TT基因型个体达30 kg体重日龄差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果显示,FRZB基因5′-UTR中G-430A和C-416T位点对淮猪新品系的生长性能具有显著影响,2个位点有利等位基因分别是G和C,有利基因型分别是GG型和CC型。 FRZB gene regulates cell growth by inhibiting Wnt signaling pathway, so it can be selected as a candidate gene for growth trait. In this study, we detected the genotype of two SNPs in 5'-UTR of FRZB gene by sequencing in new-line Huai pig population and analyzed the effects of the genotype on growth traits. The results showed that the two SNPs had significant relationship with growth trait; the day to 30 kg body weight and 90kg body weight of AA genotype was significantly longer than that of GG and GA genotypes at the locus of G-430A(P〈0.05), while there was no significant difference among GA and GG genotypes (P〉0.05). For the locus of C-416T, the day to 90 kg body weight of CC genotype was significantly shorter than that of TY genotype (P〈0.05), however there was no significant difference of the day to 30 kg body weigh among CC, CT and TI" genotypes (P〉0.05). In conclusion, the G-430A and C- 416T sites of FRZB gene had significant effects on growth of new-line Huai pig and the favorable allele were G and C and the favorable genotypes were GG and CC of the locus of G-430A and C-416T respectively in new-line Huai hie.
