摘要
鉴于疾病给畜牧业带来巨大的经济损失,人们对疾病的防治一直很重视。随着人们对食品安全要求的提高,动物分子抗病育种正在成为健康养殖的一个新的研究领域。溶菌酶作为一种广谱抗菌活性水解酶,具有杀菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤细胞等多种作用。目前,在动植物抗病研究领域中,溶菌酶基因已经作为一种重要的抗性基因并加以研究。本实验以由杜洛克和二花脸猪构建的F2群体为实验材料,研究溶菌酶基因与溶菌酶浓度的关系,共发现了猪溶菌酶基因中19个SNP;对20日龄和35日龄样本溶菌酶浓度与位于3′调控区的2个SNP进行关联分析。结果表明:被检测的2个SNP与溶菌酶浓度没有显著关联,且这2个SNP处于高度连锁不平衡。
As tremendous economic loss caused by disease in animal production, much attention has been paid to the remedy of these disease. According to the requirements of food safety, molecular breeding of disease resistance gradually becomes a new research field. Lysozyme, as a kind of enzymes with broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity, has the function of bactericide, anti-virus, anti-tumor andsoon. And now, the lysozyme gene has been considered one important gene in the fields of the animal and plant disease resistance genes studies. In this study, the relationship of lysozyme gene with density of lysozyme was explored using sample of F2 population generated from Duroc and Erhualian. A total of 19 SNPs were identified in part of region of lysozyme gene, two SNPs in 3' regulatory region were analyzed for the association with density of lysozyme of piglets on age of 20 and 35 days. The results showed the two SNPs were not significant associated with density of lysozyme. Meanwhile, these two SNPs have strong linkage disequilibrium.
