代谢有机酸水平对生长育肥猪生长性能及蛋白质代谢的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Dietary Supplementation of Metabolic Organic Acid on Growth Performance and Protein Metabolism in Growing-Finishing Pigs

摘要 试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同水平代谢有机酸对生长育肥猪生长性能和蛋白质代谢的影响。选用144头平均体重为(19.83±1.10)kg的长×大二元杂交健康猪,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复12头猪,且公、母各半。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中添加一定量的代谢有机酸产品,最终使日粮代谢有机酸浓度分别为750、1 000、1 250 mg/kg。结果表明:与对照组相比,1 250 mg/kg代谢有机酸组猪的末重和平均日增重有极显著提高(P<0.01),平均日采食量和肝脏谷丙转氨酶活性有显著提高(P<0.05)。此外,随着代谢有机酸添加水平的提高,肌内干物质和粗蛋白含量、血清总蛋白含量和肝脏谷草转氨酶活性、血清胰岛素和生长激素水平均呈提高趋势,血清尿素氮含量呈降低趋势,但各组间均差异不显著(P>0.05)。本试验结果显示,日粮中添加1 250 mg/kg代谢有机酸可促进生长育肥猪体内蛋白质沉积,进而提高其生长性能。 The experiment was conducted to determine effects of dietary supplementation of metabolic organic acid on growth performance and protein metabolism in growing-finishing pigs. A total of 144 crossbred (Landrace Yorkshire) pigs with an average body weight of (19.83±1.10 kg) were randomly allotted to 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 12 pigs per pen with male and female evenly divided. The control group was fed with a basal diet, the experimental groups were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 750, 1 000 and 1 250 mg/kg metabolic organic acid. The results showed that compared with the control group, the average daily gain and final weight of growing- finishing pigs fed the basal diet supplemented with 1 250 mg/kg metabolic organic acid was significantly increased(P〈 0.01), the average daily feed intake and activity of liver glutamic-pyruvic transaminase were significantly improved(P〈 0.05). In addition, muscular dry material, muscular coarse protein, serum total protein, liver glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase activity, serum level of insulin and growth hormone tended to increase and the serum m'ea nitrogen concentration showed a decreasing tendency with increased dietary supplementation of metabolic organic acid(P〉0.05). In conclusion, dietary supplementing with 1 250 mg/kg metabolic organic acid can promote protein deposition and improve growth performance in growing-finishing pigs.
