三聚氰胺在肉牛体内的代谢及对生产性能的影响

Metabolism of Melamine and Its Effect on Performance of Beef Catle

摘要 本试验旨在研究三聚氰胺(Mel)在肉牛体内的代谢和对肉牛生产性能的影响。试验使用体重约500 kg的西门塔尔(或夏洛莱)与本地黄牛的杂交后代公牛75头,随机分为5个处理。饲喂添加0、2、10、30 mg/kg和100 mg/kg Mel的日粮。分别于7、14、21、28、42 d和56 d时采集尿样品,14、21、28、42 d和56 d时采集血浆样品,以液相色谱串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)测定Mel含量。结果表明:Mel未显著影响肉牛生产性能(P>0.05);肉牛尿、血浆Mel含量与日粮Mel呈剂量依赖反应(P<0.05),Mel摄入量与尿中含量的线性方程:y=0.0736x+0.1198,R2=0.998。结果显示,日粮中添加Mel不能提高肉牛日增重;尿是肉牛排出Mel的主要途径,可通过尿中Mel含量估测肉牛Mel摄入量。 This trial was conducted to det ermine metabolism of melamine in beef cattle on diets containing melamineand effect on performance of beef cattle. 75 Simmenta! or charolais ~local yellow beef crossbreed weighed about 500 kg were randomly allotted to 5 treatments whichwere fed a diet with 0, 2, 10, 30 and 100 mg/kg melamine, respectively. Melamine concentration of urine were determined on day 7, 14, 21, 28, 42 and 56, melamine concentration of plasma were determined on day 14, 21, 28, 42 and 56. Melamine was determined by liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The results showed that performance of beef cattle was not affected by supplemental melamine (P〉0.05). The residue of melamine in urine, plasmaand dietary melamine concentration was dose independent (P〈0.05). Correlation equationbetween dose of melamine and concentration of urine was y=0.0736x+0.1198, R2=0.998. It is concluded that melamine excreted mainly by urine, intake of melamine can be estimated by eoneentration of melamine in urine.
