乳酸杆菌黏附于动物肠道细胞的研究进展

摘要 乳酸杆菌是肠道内优势菌群,在调节肠道内微生态平衡、抑制病原微生物侵袭和提高免疫防御力等方面有显著效果。乳酸杆菌需通过表面黏附因子定植于肠道而发挥生理作用,故黏附性能是评价乳酸杆菌的重要标准之一。本文就乳酸杆菌黏附的主要活性成分(S-层蛋白、脂磷壁酸和胞外多糖)、黏附机理和影响因素等进行综述。 LactobaciUi are dominant intestinal flora, they have a significant effect on regulating intestinal microflora balance, inhibiting the invasion of pathogenic microorganisms, improving immune defense and other aspects. Lactobacillus play a physiological role in the gut through colonized to it by the surface adhesion molecules, that is to say, the adhesion of Lactobacillus is an important criterion to judge it. This paper summaried the research of the main active ingredient of Lactobacillus adhesion (surface layer protein, lipoteichoic acid and exopoly saccharides), adhesion mechanism and influencing factors, etc.
