国际私法对和谐价值的追求贯穿于其发展演变的各个阶段,系推动国际私法不断进步的重要因素。法则区别说、法律关系本座说、最密切联系说等国际私法学说,体现出为寻求法律适用和谐而做出的努力。从国内冲突法到统一冲突法、再到统一私法的发展过程,是国际私法对和谐价值追求不断深化、不断实现的过程。统一私法克服了冲突法纯粹从一国视野出发的内国法调整国际民商事关系的制度性局限,从根本上避免了法律冲突,是最具和谐价值的国际私法规范。

As an important factor in promoting the continuous improvement of private international law, pursuit of harmonious value of private international law runs through all stages of its development and evolution. Theories of private international law,such as ＂theory of statutes＂, ＂the seat of legal relationship theory＂, ＂doctrine of the most significant relationship＂ ,embody the efforts to find harmony on application of law. The development process from domestic conflict law to united conflict law and then to united private law, is an ever-deepening and ever-achieving process of pursuit of harmonious value of private international law. The united private law solves the limitation of conflict law that adjusts international civil and commercial relations from only one country＇s perspective. It avoids conflict of law fundamentally and is the most harmonious standard for private international law rules.
