摘要
教育惩罚作为一种教育手段,有着不可替代的重要作用,有效地进行教育惩罚有利于学生个体的健康成长,否则,教育惩罚不当,就可能对学生的身心发展造成伤害。笔者基于实践的视角,指出目前中小学教育惩罚中存在的主要问题,并针对问题提出了进行有效教育惩罚的实践追求:坚持教育惩罚的原则;回归教育惩罚的教育性;追求教育惩罚的艺术性。
Educational punishment as a method of education has an irreplaceable important value, effective punishment carries out the benefit for students, otherwise, education is undeserved, even brings harm to the physical and mental aspects of students. The paper based on opinion of practice, points out the main problems existing in the current educational punishment,and to put forward practical idea for effective educational punishment：adhere to the principles of educational punishment ; education of punishment ;artistic pursuit of educational punishment.
