摘要
依据国内某百万机组设计及运行优化方案并结合仿真机进行了同类型机组的优化及启动特性研究。在总结国内同类型先进机组的设计及运行经验的基础上,针对该机组进行了设计优化和运行优化同时对该类型机组进行了机组启动特性研究。分析结果对同类机组的启动特性研究有重要的意义,即对百万机组的设计优化及运行优化可有效降低机组煤耗,提高机组经济性。
In accordance with a 1000MW units to design and run the optimization program, combined with the simulator, the optimization of the same type of unit and the characteristics of start-up. On the basis of summing up the experience of design and operation of the advanced units of the same type, summing up the experience of design and operation of the advanced units of the same type on the basis of the optimized design for the construction crew for the completion of the unit operation optimization. This type of unit start-up characteristics is studied. The results have an important significance for studying characteristics of start-up of similar unit. Design optimization and operation optimization of ultra-supercritical units can effectively reduce the unit coal consumption and improve unit economy.
