燃烧新疆准东煤350MW超临界锅炉设计应用 被引量:20

摘要 新疆准东煤具有极强的结焦沾污特性。介绍完全燃用准东煤350 MW超临界锅炉的主要汽水、热力参数和布置结构。运行结果表明,锅炉可以在掺烧准东煤比例达到80%条件下可以长期稳定运行,但掺烧超出80%比例条件下,炉膛结渣沾污速率明显加快。通过燃烧调整数据分析,建议采用降低一次风率和控制锅炉氧量在4%来控制结焦沾污。对于新建机组应采取以下措施:减小燃烧切圆直径,提高燃尽高度,放大炉膛截面积,扩大吹灰区域。 Xinjiang Zhundong coal has the properties of extreme strongly slagging and fouling. The steam, water, thermal parameters and layout configuration of 350MW supercritical boiler burning Zhundong coal is introduced. Operation result show that boiler can operate steadily on burning mixture 80% Zhundong coal condition, but if mixture proportion beyond 80%, slagging rate on boiler furnace wall will speeded up. By analyzing combustion adjust data, adopt measures of reducing primary air rate possibly and controlling boiler operation oxygen in 4% that will be advantage for control slagging and fouling. For new build unit, it is suggest adopting measures as follows: reduce combustion tangential diameter; increase furnace burnout distance; enlarge furnace cross-section area; enlarge soot-blowing area.
