摘要
集中控制系统在SCR烟气脱硝装置中的广泛应用为脱硝系统自动控制调节回路的实现提供了基础。脱硝效率自动调节是脱硝自动调节的重点,准确计算脱硝还原剂耗量是实现这一自动的关键所在。自动控制调节回路的应用可以一定程度上降低运行操作的劳动强度,并大大降低了人为误操作的风险,有利于脱硝系统的稳定运行。通过对脱硝系统主要自动控制回路的介绍,对控制调节回路的主要作用、实现途径、调节手段进行了相关阐述。
The widely applications of DCS in the SCR flue gas denitration unit provide a basis for the realization of the denitration system automatic control regulating circuit. The denitration efficiency automatic adjusting circuit is the key of denitration automatic adjustment; accurate calculation of denitration reducing agent consumption is the focus to regulating circuit. The application of automatic control regulating circuit can reduce the labor intensity of the operation, and greatly reduce the mistake operation risk, which is conducive to the stable operation of denitration system. In this paper, we introduce the main function, realization way, adjusting means of the automatic control regulating circuit.
