中关村科技园区空间布局研究

Study on Spatial Structure of Zhongguancun Science Park

本文分析中关村空间布局变化的机制和影响其演变趋势的重要因素，提出其对应的空间布局规划的战略。在现行的中关村“一区五园”中，以中心区和发展区（即海淀园区）的社会经济状况和空间结构最为复杂，论述主要针对海淀园区。

Urban spatial structure evolves in a complex background and includes three aspects, i.e., macro-environment, internal form and function, and organization behavior. This paper analyses the spatial structure of Zhongguancun through these three aspects. The mechanism of spatial change and vital issues that would affect spatial development are carefully examined. Based on the analysis, it puts forward several strategies for spatial planning of Zhongguancun.
