局部热疗联合湿性愈合敷料治疗压疮的疗效观察

CLINICAL EFFICIENCY OF LOCAL THERMOTHERAPY COMBINING WITH WET HEALING DRESSING ON PRESSURE SORE

目的观察局部热疗联合湿性愈合敷料治疗压疮的效果。方法将100例压疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组应用温生理盐水冲洗创面,红外线照射后覆贴湿性愈合敷料;对照组使用常温生理盐水冲洗创面后覆贴常规敷料。结果治疗组换药次数少于对照组(中位数为6次vs 9次),愈合时间少于对照组(中位数为15d vs 21.5d),治愈率明显高于对照组(92%vs 76%)(Z=5.449、4.844、2.124,P<0.05)。结论局部热疗联合湿性愈合敷料治疗压疮效果良好。

Objective To explore the effect of local thermotherapy combining with wet healing dressing on pressure sore.Methods One hundred patients were divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each group.Patients in treatment group were washed with warm normal saline,then,infrared radiation,finally covered with wet healing dressing,while those in control group were washed with cold normal saline and covered with common dressing.Results The dressing change times in treatment group were relatively less than those in control group（The median was 6 times vs 9 times）,the former′s treatment time was shorter than that of control group （The median was 15.0 days vs 21.5 days ）and the cure rates of treatment group were higher than those of control group（92% vs 76%）（Z=5.449,4.844,2.124,P＜0.05）.Conclusion Treatment effects of using local thermotherapy combining with wet healing dressing is better for pressure sore.
