KIF14 过表达与肝细胞肝癌手术预后密切相关 被引量:7

OVER EXPRESSION OF KIF14 IS CLOSELY RELATED WITH THE PROGNOSIS OF HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA AFTER OPERATION

摘要 目的 KIF14是有丝分裂驱动蛋白超家族成员,其在染色体分离和胞质分裂过程中起着重要作用,KIF14表达增高与一系列人类癌症发生、发展密切相关。本研究通过观察KIF14表达与临床变量的关系,探讨KIF14过表达与肝细胞肝癌手术预后的关系。方法取2005年2月—2010年12月我院进行肝癌手术,并且术后病理证实为肝细胞肝癌的患者102例。应用RT-qPCR检测102例肝细胞肝癌组织中KIF14的表达量,并分析其与肿瘤分级、分期和无病生存率的关系。结果KIF14过表达与肿瘤分级(P=0.002)、分期(P=0.013)和无病生存率(P<0.001)均密切相关。结论肝细胞肝癌组织中KIF14过表达不利于手术预后,它也许可以作为肝细胞肝癌手术预后评估的重要指标及潜在治疗靶点。 Objective The mitotic kinesin superfamily protein KIF14 is essential for cytokinesis and chromosome segregation and increased KIF14 expression is related to a variety of human cancers.This study is to explore the relationship between KIF14 expression and operation prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma by investigating the connection between KIF14 expression and clinical variables.Methods The study involved 102 patients who were confirmed as hepatocellular carcinoma by pathology after operation from February,2005 to December,2010 in our hospital.The expression of KIF14 in 102 hepatocellular carcinoma cases was detected by RT-qPCR and coalition statistical analysed with tumor grade,stage and disease-free survival.Results KIF14 overexpression was closely related with tumor grade (P=0.002),stage (P=0.013) and disease-free survival (P〈0.001).Conclusion KIF14 overexpression in hepatocellular carcinoma is not conducive to prognosis.It may be used as an important index and potential treatment target in evaluating the prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma after operation.
