北京市城乡家庭能源消费与CO_2排放差异分析 被引量:1

摘要 对北京市城乡家庭人均能源消费和CO2排放差异进行了分析.从构成来看,城镇的间接能源消费和CO2排放量高于直接能源消费和CO2排放量;而农村的间接能源消费和CO2排放量低于直接能源消费和CO2排放量.从变化来看,城镇的直接能源消费和CO2排放量一直低于农村,原因在于虽然城镇的人均消费水平高于农村,但是直接能源消费强度和煤炭比重低于农村;1995年城镇的间接能源消费和CO2排放低于农村,但是2010年发生逆转,原因在于城镇的人均消费总量比农村增长更快,而且消费结构不断升级.可见目前北京市城镇家庭节能减碳的重点应放在间接能源消费及其CO2排放上,农村家庭节能减碳应更多地关注直接能源消费及其CO2排放. The difference of per capita energy consumption and CO2 emissions between Beijing's urban and rural households is analyzed.Firstly,indirect energy consumption and CO2 emissions of urban are higher than direct energy consumption and CO2 emissions; but indirect energy consumption and CO2 emissions in rural areas are less than direct energy consumption and CO2 emission.Secondly,per capita direct energy consumption and CO2 emissions of urban households has been lower than that of rural households.Although per capita consumption level in the urban households is higher than that in rural households,the intensity of direct energy consumption is lower than that in rural households and the coal proportion of total direct energy consumption is much lower than that in the rural households,and the latter two are affected more than the former.Thirdly,indirect energy consumption and CO2 emissions of urban households overtook rural households in 2010,because per capita total consumption for the urban households grow faster than that for the rural households and urban consumption structure has been escalating.So,the focus of energy and carbon reduction of urban households currently should be placed on indirect energy consumption and CO2 emissions; while it should pay more attention to direct energy consumption and CO2 emissions for the rural households.
