摘要
溪洛渡水电站出线竖井滑模混凝土浇筑完成后,出现较多渗水裂缝,对机电设备的安装及运行造成影响。本文介绍了裂缝的成因及渗水裂缝修补措施,并对后续同类工程施工提出了建议。对该出线竖井渗水裂缝采用化学灌浆+排水孔、水泥基渗透结晶材料、固结灌浆+排水孔、阻水帷幕灌浆四种方式进行处理,取得了良好的效果。
After Xiluodu Hydropower Station outgoing line shaft slip-form concrete is poured, there are more water seepage cracks, which affect the installation and operation of electrical and mechanical equipment. Causes of cracks and water seepage crack repair measures are introduced in the paper. Recommendations are proposed for constructing similar subsequent projects. Four methods of chemical grouting + drainage holes, cementitious capillary crystalline materials, consolidation grouting + drainage holes and water blocking curtain are adopted for treating the outgoing line shaft seepage cracks with excellent effect.
