摘要
在介绍了油库公路付油系统经常出现的水击危害,如破坏管道、设备、影响计量精度和造成跑油、火灾爆炸等次生灾害的基础上,分析了水击的成因,给出了直接(最大)水击压力和相长等参数的计算方法,并针对新建和改建的油库付油系统,着重从付油系统的工艺布置、参数设置、增设汇油管和旁通回路,以及选用或安装电磁阀、多功能止回阀、安全阀等方面进行了探究,提出了防治措施。
The damages caused by water hammer often taking place in highway oil- loading system of oil depot,such as destroying pipeline and equipments,reducing measurement accuracy,leading to nil leakage and secondary disasters including fire and explosion were introduced,the causes of water hammer were analyzed,and the calculation method of direct(maximum) water hammer pressure and phase length and other parameters was presented.For the new or revamped oil- loading system,the issues about the process layout,parameter set,adding the gathering line and bypass circuit,and selection and installation of solenoid valve,multi- function check valve,and safety valve were explored,and some prevention measures were presented.
