摘要
通过近年来对东北地区多条油气管道冬季焊接施工经验的总结,归纳出应对寒冷地区管道冬季焊接施工的措施及注意事项,如焊口预热及保温、层间温度控制、无损检测等,并给出了相应的技术要求,可供其他相同焊接施工参考。
Based on the experience of several oil and gas pipeline welding construction in winter in Northeastern China in recent years,the construction measures and precautions for pipeline welding in winter in cold region were summarized,such as weld preheating and temperature-keeping,inter-layer temperature control,nondestructive testing,and the corresponding technical requirements were given,which could provide reference for other same welding operation.
