摘要
为了输油管道的平稳运行和调节安全,介绍了调节阀的流量特性和工作特性,分析了影响因素,指出在实际管道运行中受管道系统及工作状态的影响,调节阀的特性会发生畸变,而畸变使其调节性能变差,分析了畸变规律,介绍了对调节阀畸变特性的应对措施和调节阀的选择。
The valve is an important component of oil pipeline control system,changing its opening degree can achieve the purpose of changing the pressure and flow rate.The operating characteristics of regulating valve are the most importanl factors affecting the regulating quality,but it can be affected by the pipe system and working status,and is caused serious distortion during actual operation.Starting from the inherent flow and resistance characteristics of regulating valve,taking into account the effect of the medium viscosity on the regulating valve flow coefficient,the regulating valve flow coefficient is revised;the relationship of pressure drop ratio,regulation ratio with the valve distortion characteristics is discussed;the factors affecting the operating characteristics of the valve during actual operation are analyzed taking a simple pump — valve piping system as an example.Comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting the operating characteristics of regulating valve can provide a theoretical basis for the correcl selection of regulating valve for oil transportation pipeline,which is the key of stable and economic operation of the pipeline,and assure the pipeline control operation.
