摘要
探讨建立、完善对非计划再次手术的监管模式,研究在有效的监管模式下非计划再次手术发生率的变化趋势。通过调整监测方式,建立完善、有效的监管体系,以及加强手术医生的责任心,提高其手术操作能力与技巧,严格执行手术分级管理制度与落实手术专科化,加强围手术期的质量与安全管理,落实各项核心制度、严格执行操作规范与流程等具体的干预措施,从而有效降低了非计划再次手术的发生率。
This research aims to establish and complete unplanned reoperation supervision mode and research the trend of unplanned reoperation rate under effective supervision mode. Unplanned reoperation rate has been effectively decreased by measures of establishing effective supervision, strengthening doctor＆#39;s responsibility, improving operation skill, strictly implementing classified management system and specialization, strengthening peri-operation quality and safety management and strictly implementing operation guideline and process.
