摘要
随着医院后勤社会化改革的深入,如何保证外包的后勤服务能够满足医院高标准的需求成为重要的管理问题。介绍了北京协和医院后勤外包质量控制体系建设的实践经验,包括建立统一的调查平台,面向重点的定期检查和落实日常的标准表单。在此基础上,从中分析和提炼了医院后勤外包质量控制的一些管理理念。
With the deepening of hospital logistics socialization reform, how to ensure that the outsourcing of logistics services can meet the high standards of hospitals has become an important management issues. This article describes the experience of logistics outsourcing quality control system of Beijing Union Medical College Hospital, which include establishments of the comprehensive logistics services quality satisfaction survey system, the special inspection system for key areas, and the logistics standardization system as the foundation for daily management. On this basis, this article analyzes and refines some principles for hospital logistics outsourcing quality control management.
