摘要 朋辈教育作为学生自我教育的一种有效形式,能够弥补医学生进入临床医院后的不适应,实现"学导共赢"的效果,有效弥补专职辅导员的不足。文章以学生党支部为平台,在5年制临床医学专业中开展朋辈教育活动,通过活动调研、了解需求,选拔"导师"、优化分组,活动跟进、形成常态,及时评价、反思改进等环节,取得了良好效果。 As an effective form of students' self education, peer education can make up for the in-adaptation of medical students after their entering the hospital. It’s also beneficial for both students and tutors and can make up for the insufficiency of the full-time instructors and gets win-win outcome. The article explores the practice and experience of carrying out peer education activities in the five-year clinical medical students through student party branch. By the link of activity and requirement investigation, selection tutors, optimization grouping, promotions tracking, formation of normal, as well as timely evaluation and improvement and has achieved good effectiveness.
