目的查阅相关文献,回顾我国临床路径相关研究的文献,了解我国临床路径应用现状和发展趋势。方法中国知网-中国医院数字图书馆CHKD期刊全文数据库为检索数据源,以1996-2010年为时间段,以"临床路径"为检索途径,搜索文献数据,通过Excel软件处理数据,采用文献计量方法,过程分析及回顾性研究法进行分析和研究,分别从基础研究、应用研究、开发研究分布3个方面对1996-2010年我国临床路径方面的文献进行统计。结果检索到1996-2010有关临床路径研究的文献1172篇,文献量逐年上升。文献研究内容以应用研究为主,尤其是应用基础方面。结论我国临床路径相关研究的文献逐年上升,研究领域呈现多样化局面,缺少系统的方法论的指导,医护人员在循证医学方面的理念较薄弱。今后应在临床路径的应用进行系统大规模资料收集,以推动临床路径研究的发展。

Objective To review relevant literature, review related research literature about clinical pathway in China, understanding of the clinical pathway application status and development trend in our country. Methods Taking China knowledge network - China hospital digital library CHKD periodical full text database as data source, clinical pathway as retrieval way, searching the literature data from 1996 to 2010, researching it by literature metrology method, process analysis and retrospective study method through Excel software. Analyzing clinical pathway literatures from three aspects of basic research, applied research, development research from 1996 to 2010. Results There are 1172 references of clinical pathway from 1996 to 2010, the number of Literatures increased year by year. The main Literature research content is applied research, especially application base. Conclusion In our country, the clinical pathway of related research literatures rise year by year, research fields are diversified. But also exist problems such as lack of system methodology, the concept of medical staff evidence-based medicine is relatively weak. Large-scale data collection of the application of clinical pathway should be taken to promote the development of clinical pathway research.
