摘要
目的针对泌尿外科硕士研究生临床能力水平的参差不齐,总结最佳的临床科室轮转策划。方法对2010级、2011级和2012级三届泌尿外科硕士研究生共10名相关轮转情况及临床能力表现汇总后进行差异性分析。结果侧重外科轮转的研究生和侧重本专科学习的研究生分别表现出很强的综合分析鉴别诊断能力和很强的专科疾病诊疗操作能力。最佳的轮转策划为:本专科3-4个月;普外科半年以上;骨科3个月以上;其他相关科室-本专科。结论泌尿外科硕士研究生临床能力表现出来的差异除与自身因素有关外,不同的临床科室轮转策划也发挥很大影响。
Objective According to the varying clinical ability levels exhibit on the graduate students in department of urology, we summarize the best clinical departments rotation plan. Methods We select ten graduate students from 2010, 2011 and 2012, and analyze the differences on the base of clinical rotation plan and clinical competence. Results The graduate students focus on surgical rotation exhibiting strong comprehensive analysis of differential, diagnosis ability and the graduate students focusing on the specialist exhibiting strong specialist disease diagnostic ability respectively. The optimal rotation plan is "the specialist department (3-4 months) - department of general surgery (more than half year) - department of orthopedics (3 months) and other related departments - the specialist department." Conclusion The varying clinical ability levels exhibit on the graduate students in department of urology not only related with its own factors, different clinical departments rotation plans also played an important influence.
