三七粉治疗经尿道前列腺双极等离子电切术后出血体会

San Qi powder in the Treatment of Transurethral Plasmakinetic Resection after Hemorrhage

目的探讨三七粉对经尿道前列腺双极等离子电切术（TUPKP）后出血的治疗效果。方法选择我院2012年1月一2013年6月因良性前列腺增生症行经尿道前列腺双极等离子电切术的患者98例，依手术次序分为两组各49例。对照组常规治疗，观察组常规治疗加口服三七粉，观察两组患者术后血尿的情况。结幂术后24h两组出血无明显差异，术后72h、1W，观察组出血较对照组明显减少（P〈0．05）。结论三七粉对经尿道前列腺双极等离子电切术后出血的治疗有较好效果，有助于术后康复。

Objective to investigate the San Qi powder on curing transurethral plasmakinetic prostatectomy （TUPKP） after hemorrhage. Methods in our hospital from January, 2012 to June, 2013, 98 patients due to benign prostatic hyper- plasia transurethral plasmakinetic resection, according to the sequence of operation were divided into two groups with 49 cases in each. The control group received routine treatment, the observation group got routine treatment plus oral adminis- tration of San Qi powder, hematuria, observed the two groups of patients with postoperative situation. Results after 24 h two groups had no significant difference in postoperative bleeding, 72 h, 1 W, observed the hemorrhage group decreased more obviously than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion San Qi powder has a good effect on treating hemor- rhage of transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic resection after hemorrhage, and contribute to postoperative rehabilitation.
