脉血康胶囊治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症临床疗效观察

Mai Xuekang Capsule in the Treatment of Lower Limb Arterial Occlusive Disease Clinical Curative Effect Observation

目的评价脉血康胶囊治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的临床疗效。方法将50例下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者随机分为两组,两组均为25例,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用脉血康胶囊治疗。观察两组自觉症状、ABI(踝动脉/肱动脉收缩压比值)、血管彩色多普勒的变化。结果治疗组总有效率88.0%,对照组总有效率68.0%,两组疗效对比差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论脉血康胶囊治疗下肢动脉硬化闭塞症疗效显著,无不良反应,安全可靠。

Objective to evaluate the clinical effect of Mai Xuekang capsule in the treatment of lower extremity arteri- osclerosis obliterans. Methods 50 patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans were randomly divided into two groups, 25patients in each group, the control group with conventional therapy, the treatment group in the conventional treatment combined with Mai Xuekang capsule. Observed two groups of symptoms, ABI （ ankle / hrachial artery systolic pressure ratio）, changed in vascular color Doppler. Results in the treatment group 10 cases had significant effects, effec- tive in 12 cases, invalid 3 cases, no adverse reactions, the total efficiency was 88% ; 6 cases of control group had signifi- cant effects, 11 cases effective, 8 cases ineffective, no adverse reactions, the total efficiency was 68%, differences be- tween the two groups in curative effect contrast significantly （ P 〈 0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion Mai Xuekang capsule in the treatment of lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans significantly curative effect, no adverse reaction, safe and reliable.
