针刺配合理疗治疗交感型颈椎病30例

30 Cases of Physiotherapy Treatment of Sympathetic Cervical Spondylosis Acupuncture

目的观察针刺加理疗治疗交感型颈椎病的疗效。方法使用针刺加物理治疗对交感型颈椎病进行治疗,并观察治疗效果。结果治疗1个疗程后总有效率83.33%,2个疗程后总有效率90.00%。结论针刺配合理疗综合治疗起到舒筋通络、活血止痛、调和气血、祛风散寒的功效,使血液、淋巴循环加快,改善颈部血液循环,促进炎性物质的吸收,消除肌痉挛、肌紧张,从而达到改善症状的目的,值得临床推广应用。

Objective to observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and physiotherapy treatment of sympathetic cer- vical spondylosis. Methods use sympathetic cervical spondylosis acupuncture combined with physical therapy, and ob- serve the therapeutic effect. Results after I course of treatment, the total efficiency was 83.33 %, 2 months later, the to- tal effective rate was 90 %. Conclusion acupuncture combined with physical therapy played relaxing sinew and dredging collaterals, invigorate the circulation of blood, Qi and blood, expelling wind and cold effect, make the blood and lymph circulation, accelerate, improve the neck blood circulation, promote the absorption of inflammatory substances, eliminate muscle spasm, muscle tension, so as to improve the symptoms of the objective, it is worthy of clinical application.
