基于步态分析系统的DL-4-氯苯基丙氨酸致大鼠失眠模型的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究DL-4-氯苯基丙氨酸(4-Chloro-DL-phenylalanine,PCPA)致失眠大鼠的步态行为变化。方法采用每天一次连续两天腹腔注射PCPA(300 mg/kg)建立失眠大鼠模型,检测模型动物行为学变化,并记录其步态行为学变化。结果与正常对照动物比较,第三天,PCPA致失眠大鼠自主活动明显升高(P<0.001),第六天无明显差异(P>0.05);第三、第六两天步速明显降低、步行周期明显升高、步幅明显下降、步宽明显减少(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001)。结论 PCPA致失眠大鼠模型,自主活动明显增加,步态行为学出现异常,主要体现在步速、步行周期、步幅、步宽、侧向移动标准偏差等指标上,可为评价失眠动物模型提供依据。 Objective to study the DL-4 - chloro phenyl alanine (4 -Chloro- DL- phenylalanine, PCPA) chan- ges in gait behavior induced insomnia rats. Methods two consecutive days of intraperitoneal injection of PCPA ( 300 mg/ kg) to establish the model of insomnia rats once a day, test the behavioral changes detection model animal, and record the gait behavior changes. Results compared with normal control animal, in the third days, PCPA induced spontaneous activi- ty of insomnia rats increased significantly ( P 〈 0. 001 ), no significant difference between the sixth day ( P 〉 0.05 ) ;The third and sixth day were significantly decreased, increased stride walk cycle, decrease, step width decreased signifi- cantly ( P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01, P 〈0. 001 ). Conclusion the model of insomnia rats induced by PCPA , autonomic activi- ties increased significantly, gait behavior is abnormal, mainly reflected in pace, walk cycle, stride length, step width, lateral moving standard deviation index, can provide the basis for the evaluation of insomnia animal model.
