摘要
选取PZT热释电陶瓷和TeBi半导体作为实验材料,对二者的热电转换特性进行了对比研究。采用恒热流和调频热流两种加热方式对热释电陶瓷和半导体发电片进行加热,使其进行热电直接转换。实验结果表明,PZT热释电陶瓷在调频热流作用下热电转换效果较好,其最优转换频率在0.1Hz左右,热释电陶瓷所发出的电能为交流电,且表现出大电压、小电流的特点;TeBi半导体在恒热流作用下热电转换效果较好,其所发出的电能为直流电,表现出小电压、大电流的特点。
The thermoelectric conversion characteristics of the PZT pyroelectric ceramics and TeBi semiconductor selected as the experimental materials were comparative analyzed by experimental study.In the experiment,two kinds of heating ways,constant heat flux and FM heat flux,were selected to heat the two thermoelectric conversion materials to drive them convert the heat into electric energy directly.Experimental results show that,PZT pyroelectric ceramic works better under the FM heat flux. The optimal converting frequency for PZT pyroelectric ceramic is about 0.1 Hz. Alternating power output from PZT which has a feature of large voltage,low current is exhibited. TeBi semiconductor works better under the constant heat flux.It produces direct current which shows a small voltage,high-current characteristic.
