白术水煎液对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠Th细胞相关因子的影响

Effect of Bighead Atractylodes Rhizome Decoction on Th Cells Correlation Factors in Rats with Ulcerative Colitis

目的:探讨白术水煎液对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)模型大鼠Th细胞相关因子的影响。方法:采用二硝基氯苯致敏联合醋酸灌肠法对SD大鼠进行溃疡性结肠炎造模,大鼠随机分为模型组、中药干预组、正常对照组。各组分别予白术水煎液或生理盐水灌胃治疗,分别在第1、15、29天取样观察大鼠的一般情况变化、肠组织形态变化、病理改变,检测血清IL-2、IL-4、IL-6、IL-10、IL-17、IL-23等细胞因子水平。结果:模型组IL-2和IL-17第1天、第15天与正常组比较有显著差异;中药组第15天与模型组比较有显著差异,与正常组比较无明显差异;造模组IL-6第1天与正常组及其他各组有显著差异,中药组第29天与模型组第1天、第15天、第29天比较均有显著差异;模型组IL-10第1天、第15天与正常组比较有明显差异。中药组第15天与正常组比较有显著差异。结论:白术水煎液对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)模型大鼠Th细胞相关因子IL-6、IL-17及IL-2有调节作用,但对IL-10调节作用不明显。

Objective：To investigate the effects of bighead atractylodes rhizome decoction on Th cells correlation factor in ulcerative colitis （UC） model rats.Methods：SD rats were sensitized by twonitro chlorobenzene combined with acetic acid enema,to form models of ulcerative colitis.The rats were randomly divided into model group,traditional Chinese medicine intervention group,and normal control group.All groups were given bighead atractylodes rhizome decoction or saline lavage treatment.On the 1st,15th,29th days,the general conditions changes,intestinal morphology changes,pathological changes of rats were observed and serum IL-2,IL-4,1L-6,IL-10,IL-17,IL-23 levels were detected.Results：For IL-2 and IL-17,there were significant difference between the model group and the normal group on the 1st day and the 15th day; On the 15th day,traditional Chinese medicine group had significant difference compared with the model group and had no significant difference compared with normal group; For IL-6,model group on the 1 st day had significant difference compared with the normal group and the other groups; Chinese medicine group on the 29th day had significant difference compared with the model group on the 1st day,the 15th day,and the 29th day.For IL-10,the model group on the 1st day,the 15th day and traditional Chinese medicine group on the 15th day had significant difference compared with the normal group.Conclusion：Bighead atractylodes rhizome decoction has the effect of regulating on Th cell related factors such as IL-6,IL-17 and IL-2 in model of ulcerative colitis,no obvious effect on IL-10.
