科技企业管理创新绩效评价中的关键因素研究

The Study of Key Factors in the Performance Evaluation in Technology Enterprise Management innovation

在对国内外以往相关研究进展进行综述的基础上,对影响科技企业管理创新绩效评价的关键因素进行了研究,提出了四种研究思维转变方向,并从流程上对一般管理与管理创新进行了界定,其次从研究要素角度实现对管理创新和技术创新实现了区分,提出了研究载体选择的标准,最后就管理创新绩效评价提出了二维对比法和多维分析法两种研究方法,旨在为管理创新研究提供一个新的研究视角。

This paper takes the basis of the review of domestic and foreign research progress, and than presents an exploratory research framework for technology enterprise in management innovation performance evaluation, in which, the direction of the research paradigm shift is proposed, and the differences between the general management and management innovation are defined in the management process, a distinction from the research elements of management and technological innovations is achieved. The selection criteria of research carrier, and two research methods that is two--dimensional contrast and multi--dimensional analysis are proposed, The study aims to provide a new perspective for the research of management innovation.
