银行与技术创新的关系研究综述及展望

The review and outlook of research about the relationship between banks and technology innovation

系统性梳理银行与技术创新之间的关系研究对当前政府引导金融资源支持实体经济具有重要的理论指导意义。从熊彼特的创新经济分析开始沿着两条脉络:创新经济学家在对企业、产业和经济层面的创新特征及资源配置问题研究;以及金融学家关于银行通过技术创新促进经济增长方面研究,试图归纳银行与技术创新之间的关系研究的主要观点,对现有研究存在的不足做出简单评论,并为转型时期中国商业银行支持企业技术创新实践提供理论线索。

Systematic combing the research on the relationship between banks and technology innovation has important theoretical significance to the current government guiding financial resources to support the real economy. This article begins analysis with Sehumpetefs innovation economy to summarize the main points of the relationship between the bank and technological innovation along two contexts： one is the study of innovative features and re- source allocation form innovative economists, the other is the research about finance promote technological innova- tion form financial experts. In the meantime this article also comments on the lack of existing research and provide theoretical clues for China＇s commercial banks supporting technological innovation in the transition period.
