我国科技社团参与决策咨询的作用分析

随着我国社会经济科技的发展,政府决策问题的专业性、技术性及综合性越来越强,科技社团作为科学工作者的群众组织,其独特的性质、组织形式及活动方式使其在政府决策咨询中拥有特定的优势。当前由于各种不利因素的影响,科技社团参与咨询的作用不能得到充分发挥,因而需要不断加以完善以发挥其在决策咨询中的作用。

With the development of the social economy, science and technology, government decision--making problems have become more and more professional, technical and comprehensive. As organizations of science workers, science and technology associations nature, organizational form, activity way make it a unique role in govern- ment decision--making. Because of various unfavorable factors, Science and technology community cannot give full play to the role in decision--making consuhation. Therefore need to be perfected constantly, in order to play its part role in decision--making consultation.
